Install VestaCP on server

What is a VestaCP

VestaCP is an intuitive hosting control panel featuring a web interface tailored to 26 languages globally. Upon installation, you gain the ability to oversee various aspects such as Web, DNS, database, mail, FTP, Nginx, SSL Certificates, configuration templates, backups, updates, monitoring, antispam/antivirus, WHMCS billing, and more. Vesta’s clean UI simplifies the management of systems and servers.

Installing VestaCP on your server.

Before opting for VestaCP, ensure compatibility with your operating system. Currently supported operating systems include:

RHEL / CentOS 5, 6, 7

Debian 7, 8, 9

Ubuntu 12.04 – 18.10

Minimal System Requirements RAM – 512 Mb | HDD – 20 Gb | CPU – 1 Ghz

Step 1: Make sure to start your ssh connection as root or as a user with sudo access.

ssh username@server.name.or.ip

Step 2: Execute the following command to download their installation script.

curl -O http://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh

Step 3: Execute the following command to start the installation process.

bash vst-install.sh

The installation process will commence. Answer the provided questions based on your preferences.

Allow the installation process to complete (which may take some time). Once finished, you’ll be provided with your login credentials and the webpage address.

Congratulations, you have just successfully installed Vesta Control
Panel
